Do your products affect people with allergies?
We purposely buy and use the finest ingredients. That being said, some people have more sensitive skin than others. Try a very small amount of product on the inside of your arm as a tester to see if you’ll have an issue.
How do I use the beard products?
Put a small amount on your palm, rub your hands together, and then apply to your beard making sure you rub it into your skin underneath your beard with your fingertips. You’ll find out the exact amount for your beard through trial and error. Then brush or comb to make that grooming masterpiece.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Once shipped you will be emailed available tracking information. If for some reason your order will not ship during this time (possible-holiday backup or large custom orders) we will notify you by email.
How will you ship my order?
In most cases we use USPS priority mail. If you order a single body butter or foot balm we may use a different shipping method with the same shipping speed. During the holidays we may use different shipping methods, but we will use the same shipping speed so your order arrives within the same time frame.
How fast will my order get here?
Once your order has shipped it will arrive in 2-3 days, in the US, in most cases. We say in most cases because it does depend on day you place your order and your location. For example Hawaii and Alaska may take longer. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships.
For international orders it can take 5 days to 3 weeks depending on your location. We may choose to use USPS or we may use DHL depending on your location and fastest service.
Trust us that we want you to get your order as fast as possible. We want our customers to be happy and it doesn’t make anyone happy to just have your order hanging out with us.
About custom orders…
We do offer custom orders on our beard oils and soaps. The min order for custom beard oils is 2 and for soaps it is 4. The price on custom orders can vary depending on your scent selection. If you want something with say a scent like tea tree the price will be cheaper than if you want something with sandalwood. Sandalwood is a much more expensive oil than tea tree. It all depends on what you are looking for. We will be happy to discuss this with you and even suggest alternatives if price is an issue. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The safety seals and closures must also all still be intact. Due to the cosmetic nature of our products we cannot accept returns for any opened products for the safety of all our customers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This varies depending on payment method and card issuer rules.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged product our apologies. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what happened. If your product was damaged pictures would be great to ensure the issue does not happen again.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Back Products:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
